Fish skewers with Italian butter

Instructions

Mix the butter with tomatoes, basil, garlic and salt. Let it set in the fridge. Cut the fish into 3 cm pieces and thread it on skewers. Mix the melted butter with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Brush fish with the mixture. Grilling spits 6-8 min in the oven or over the grill. Serve the skewers right up until grilling.
