Ingredients: Lamb blood and sheep tallow 70%, water, rye flour, oatmeal, saltNutritional value in 100 g:

The blood pudding is uncooked.
Frozen blood marrow should be placed directly in cold water. Cooking time for frozen meat approx. 2-3 hours.
Uncooked meat can be stored in the freezer for 8-10 months.
Serve with lingonberries and mashed potatoes if desired
