Lamb head ca 1,1 kg

Ingredients: Lamb's head. Cooked.------------------------------------------------------

Lamb's heads are already cleaned. Put in a saucepan with onion, peppercorns and salt. Pour water into the pot, just enough to float over the heads. Heat to boiling and skim off the foam. Then cook at a fairly slow temperature for about 1 hour or until soft. Then remove the lamb's heads from the saucepan. Serve hot or cold with mashed potatoes and or possibly mashed potatoes.
